The last baseball game...

The last game came just at the right time as it was the coldest day we have had so we were all bundled up. We also planned a little get together after the game at the park to celebrate the undefeated season of the New York Yankees. Evan had a great game and caught a fly ball. I had just put the camera up when he did it as it was near the end of the game. Darn it. So the balls and bats are up until the spring season.

My boys...

The boys before school one day. So cute. I like when I can get them together and smiling. Now days Ian is so on the move it's hard to pin him down.

Pictures by Evan....

Evan loves to get the camera out and take pictures. Usually I have to erase a lot of them but he's been getting pretty good at it lately.

He was trying to show our tree with the changing leaves.

I'm hungry Momma, what's for dinner....

Ian is definitely a climber. It doesn't matter what it is, he's trying to find a way up. He'll turn over some of his bigger toys to climb up to something else. So I was trying to put groceries up and had some extra "help".

Halloween

We went trick-or-treating in the early evening. I tried to get a picture of them together before we left but kids were coming up to the house left and right so we just pushed on. Ian went in the stroller and was a good sport and eventually the night was to much for him. Evan got his load of candy and as we can all remember came home and separated out all the candy into their piles. We saw lots of Evan's schoolmates out and about too and stopped to talk. Lots of fun.

Primrose Halloween Parade

I didn't any really good pictures from the parade. I can tell Evan is getting to where he doesn't really think it's that cool to walk around the parking lot in your costume. He was very excited to be Iron Man though and looked forward to trick-or-treating. Ian was hot and didn't want to walk so she had to carry him and another baby. I couldn't paint his face either like I had Evan's when he wore the costume because if he saw me that would be the end of that. It was still fun to watch though and lots of cute little kids.

The Pumpkin Patch

We met some friends out at the Pumpkin Patch. It was a beautiful day and so much fun. They had animals to feed, pumpkins to pick, jump houses, hot dogs and hayrides....what more do you need? Ian LOVED the animals and the animals loved him right back. He couldn't keep the feed in his hands but the goats thought he had something somewhere because they would just nibble on his clothes, hair whatever. He just laughed. He did get scared when the big cow came from behind and licked him (and left snot on him). But every time we walked near the animals he wanted to go for them. The older kids liked the hayride because they tell a story about the missing farmer along the way and in the end you see his feet sticking out of a hay bale. It's pretty funny. We had a great time.

Evan and Gabby.

Ian talking to the goat. Probably telling him what big ears he has.

Our lunch break. Hot dogs, chips and water. Yummy.

The kids waiting for the hayride. Mrs. Linda promised candy if they all smiled big.

Evan and Gabby getting ready for the hayride to take off.

The boys and me.

Evan looking for the perfect pumpkin.

Worn out. This wasn't even 10 minutes after leaving. Ian was the first to go and Evan was holding his hand to try to comfort him and then he fell asleep as well. I plan to use this when they are older and don't want to be next to each other.

Halloween Cookies

I have always loved making cookies and remember doing it with my Mom. So we usually get around to Christmas one but this year were able to fit in Halloween ones. We had lots of fun mixing, tasting and decorating! Evan loves to help pour and Ian got in on all the fun he could. I almost gave him one to decorate but decided just to give him one with a little icing to eat. He wasn't sure about it at first but it was quickly gone.
